•Lead the cost control function for the joint venture at the project site, managing all cost-related activities across both JV partners.
•Develop, maintain, and update project cost control systems including budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and change management.
•Prepare and review cost reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
•Monitor and analyze project cost performance, identifying trends and deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
•Work closely with planning, procurement, construction, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
•Ensure that all cost control procedures and reporting follow the standards of both JV companies.
•Support the monthly project review process, including earned value analysis and variance reporting.
•Track and evaluate changes or variations to the contract scope and their impact on budget.
•Provide cost impact analysis for project changes and support in claims preparation when required.
•Liaise regularly with the central cost control and finance teams of both JV partners.
Job Requirements

▪️ Experience 5 to 8 years
▪️Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
▪️Experience in cost control, preferably on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
▪️Proven experience working on-site with direct exposure to project execution phases.
