Job Description
Responsible for preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates for tenders and bids across various projects.
Ensures proper analysis of drawings, specifications, and BOQs, coordinating with various departments to compile comprehensive tender packages.
- Review tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Conduct quantity take-offs using software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Prepare and update cost breakdowns based on suppliers, and subcontractors’ quotations.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and planning departments for technical inputs.
- Ensure timely and high-quality submission of tenders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Proficient in Quantity take-off tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
