Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2+ years of experience in sales management, with experience leading and motivating a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Knowledge of sales best practices, sales management, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
