Job Description

  • Plan and monitor daily operation activities.
  • Ensure all preventive and corrective work orders are done according to standard and best practice.
  • Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high performing operation team that meets agreed objectives, and delivers best practice results.
  • Monitor the completion of tasks and ensures good performance and records on appropriate systems.
  • Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending,
  • Supporting, and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedures.
  • Ensure that the function operates in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure operation safety.
  • Resolve field conflicts and raises technical queries where information conflict exists or is missing, and act on responses
  • Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques, ensures availability of materials and checks all installations in preliminary stage.
  • Provide technical support if required, during bids / tenders for new projects, drawing on the info and knowledge gained during current project.
  • Implement cost‐effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability and
  • Interacts with clients and consultants regarding the status of work.
  • Follow up the financial cost reference to the project budget. 
  • Ensure that all chargeable materials and expenses has been invoiced.
  • Follow up the collection and dues invoices with the client for payment.
  • Build a good communication channel with the client to ensure the client satisfaction for the
  • Responsible to create opportunities for improving the revenues within the assigned project/s.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

· A minimum of [15] years of experience in maintenance management or a related role.

· Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and projects.

· Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.

· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
