Job Description

  1. Manage the General Manager's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Prepare presentations, reports, and analyze data as needed.
  3. Handle email and phone inquiries, take accurate messages and resolve routine issues.
  4. Maintain office systems and procedures, ensuring smooth flow of information and documents.
  5. Manage the General Manager's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  6. Prepare presentations, reports, and analyze data as needed.
  7. Handle email and phone inquiries, take accurate messages and resolve routine issues.
  8. Maintain office systems and procedures, ensuring smooth flow of information and documents.
  9. Plan and coordinate internal and external events, from staff meetings to client presentations.
  10. Manage logistics, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and vendor communication.
  11. Ensure events are run smoothly and efficiently, within budget and timeframe.
  12. Take on special projects assigned by the General Manager, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  13. Research and recommend solutions to operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the General Manager.
