Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the radiology and laboratory centers to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams including administrative, technical, and medical staff.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal quality protocols.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement of equipment and supplies.
  • Foster a culture of patient-centered care, safety, and satisfaction throughout the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, process enhancement, and technology adoption.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or management within a healthcare or medical services environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software and management information systems.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational logistics effectively.
  • Track record of delivering results under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to the operational needs of multiple branches.
