Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the radiology and laboratory centers to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams including administrative, technical, and medical staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective resource allocation and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal quality protocols.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement of equipment and supplies.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or management within a healthcare or medical services environment.
