Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the radiology and laboratory centers to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams including administrative, technical, and medical staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective resource allocation and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal quality protocols.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement of equipment and supplies.
- Foster a culture of patient-centered care, safety, and satisfaction throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion, process enhancement, and technology adoption.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or management within a healthcare or medical services environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in office productivity software and management information systems.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational logistics effectively.
- Track record of delivering results under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to the operational needs of multiple branches.
