Job Description
We are hiring for Meinhardt group Egypt branch and we are looking forward to hire a Architect with BIM experience to support the process of our regional and international projects..
We are looking for Technical & BIM users experienced architects to work on C.D. up to D.D.
Job Type: Full time.
location: New Cairo
Responsibilities
- Work with the design and technical development of complex architectural projects from concept through completion.
- Assist in preparation of C.D., S.D. & D.D documents etc L.O.D 300.
- Assist to ensure coordination between disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, pool, VT, FLS and landscape architecture.
- Assist design validation and reviews with counterparts and authorities permits, as needed.
- Assist changes in project scope, potential risks and contingency plans, as needed.
- Strong experience in large and complex/mixed-use building design projects.

Job Requirements
Requirement
- UAE / KSA Experience is a must
- UAE building codes and High-rise experience is preferred
- Technical / BIM experience is a must
- 3 - 5 years of experience from top tier Consultant firms with similar experience is a must ( Dar Al-handasah , Atkinsrealis, Ehaf, ECG, Diar Etc. ).
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Professional experience in architectural design and technical project delivery.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team leadership.
- Commitment to sustainable design and innovative building solutions.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate within an office environment.
- Experience with BIM software and other architectural design tools.
