Job Description
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and visualizing Business data, helping improve internal performance and service delivery to client companies. The Data Analyst will provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to enhance HR decision-making, process efficiency, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data across all NUCORP service activities
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance for internal use and management reporting.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement in the service delivery process.
- Collaborate with HR functions and client-facing teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Support in designing and maintaining performance tracking models for various HR services.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for HR leaders and operations managers.
- Assist in forecasting, workforce planning analysis, and compliance reporting (e.g., Saudization levels, hiring timelines).
- Monitor data quality, perform audits, and recommend process improvements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with HR systems and platforms is a plus.
