Job Description
• Develop and maintain methodologies and tools for KPI data management.
• Collaborate with data sources to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
• Analyze performance data and generate dashboards and reports.
• Share insights with stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Manage and optimize databases and data warehouses for performance data.
• Oversee data infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
• Automate performance appraisal processes and workflows.
• Calculate KPIs for incentive decisions and determine incentive values.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in managing data of large-scale service organizations preferred - Tools & Applications
• BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView
• Databases and ETL Tools
• Automation: Power Automate, Power App, Python, RPA tools
• Others: Excel (advanced), SharePoint, etc.
