Job Description
- Design research methodologies and analytical frameworks to address key business objectives and gather relevant insights.
- Conduct market research including competitor analysis, customer surveys, and industry trend monitoring.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Excel to track key performance indicators and market dynamics.
- Monitor competitor strategies and market positioning to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct profitability analysis to guide decision-making related to pricing, product offerings, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and deliver insights that enhance customer experience.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, PowerPoint presentations, and dashboards to senior management, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Carry out segmentation analysis to identify and target high-value customer segments.
- Build forecasts and demand projections based on data trends and economic factors to support resource planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years in a data analysis, business intelligence, or market research role.
Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of data analysis methodologies and statistical tools
Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with customers
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
