Job Description
- Support with solution selling into prospect account base.
- plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Model the financial business case associated with each sale opportunity.
- Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or compression systems sector.
- Strong understanding of compression technology and industrial applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an office-based environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
