Job Description
- You will assist in creating, managing, optimizing and reporting paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- You’ll be a part of the media buying team and you’ll work closely with other departments to deliver key insights.
- Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
- Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
- Experiment with new platforms and channels
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
- Report to clients and build long-term relationships

Job Requirements
- Has less than 2 years of experience.
- Knows about digital marketing concepts, not just media buying.
- Eager to learn, he/she must be a hardworker.
- Ran paid ads before, or has theoretical knowledge about the platforms (through a course or internship)
- Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Must have a good command of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
