Job Description
• Manage all aspects of cost management for residential and commercial projects, including
Quantity surveying, budget estimation, cost planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BOQ), invoices, and payment applications in accordance
with project requirements and contracts.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to monitor project costs
and variations.
• Utilize Excel proficiently to develop cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Provide expert advice on cost-effective construction methods and materials to optimize project
budgets.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Analyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of construction works.
• Prepare monthly cost reports to report performance, cash flow forecast, and Forecast Final Cost.
• Managing budgets, expenses and pricing and commercial arrangements.
• Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts.
• Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget.
• Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Prepare and review interim payments and ensure they are viable before submitting to Client.
• Review Subcontracts and ensure they are viable before signing Agreement.
• Prepare and review Client Contracts before signing agreement.
• Oversee the preparation of Variation Orders and Claims.
• Prepare and review Procurement Plans and ensure that materials are delivered on time.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management
- Proven experience not less then 7 Years in Construction
- Architecture / Civil Graduation
- Knowledge of ERP system / Excel and other related software
- Fully knowledge of QS types and Cost Management
