Job Description
Junior ERP Technical Consultant to provide expert technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our ERP systems. If you have a solid background in IT support, a knack for troubleshooting, and experience with ERP solutions, we encourage you to apply. You'll be crucial in maintaining system integrity, supporting users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to ERP system users, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, effectively logging and resolving support tickets.
- Monitor ERP system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and overall system optimization initiatives.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for technical issues and their resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with IT and operations teams to uphold system integrity and operational seamlessness.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP system functionalities and best practices to enhance user proficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Soft Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or a similar technical support capacity.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or LS Central is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with system maintenance and upgrades.
- Aptitude for user training and creating clear documentation.
- Solid customer service skills with a user-centric approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Experience with any ERP system is a plus, but not required.
