Job Description

Junior ERP Technical Consultant to provide expert technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our ERP systems. If you have a solid background in IT support, a knack for troubleshooting, and experience with ERP solutions, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive technical support to ERP system users, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, effectively logging and resolving support tickets.
Monitor ERP system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and overall system optimization initiatives.
Create and maintain thorough documentation for technical issues and their resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate closely with IT and operations teams to uphold system integrity and operational seamlessness.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP system functionalities and best practices to enhance user proficiency.
Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system, adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or a similar technical support capacity.
Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or LS Central is a plus).
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with system maintenance and upgrades.
Aptitude for user training and creating clear documentation.
Solid customer service skills with a user-centric approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Experience with any ERP system is a plus, but not required.
