Job Description
- Receiving problems and solving them with customers through tickets
- Receiving customers in branches and receiving parcels from them
- Responding to problems and following up on couriers
- Handle tickets and Answer customer calls
- Assist customers in sending or checking documents
- Answer customer business inquiries and reports
- Handle customer complaints
- Handle abnormal matters in the receiving and dispatching process
- Assist the branch supervisor to arrange the work of the couriers
Job Requirements
- University Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 0 to 3 year experience.
- Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Very good computer skills
- Available Branches : (Elshorouk / New cairo / Elsalam city / Shoubra misr / Zaytoon )
