Job Description
The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize total revenue and profit performance as well as market share penetration of the Company.
- Ensure Business Review Guidelines including all Pricing & Rate Quotation Strategies are in place in order to maximize all pricing components of sales opportunities and achieve positive group market share.
· Manage performance, develop and evaluate the commercial team members on the agreed Objectives along with KPI’s.
- Directly accountable for driving the Top line Budget and Forecast by implementing a commercial strategy and business plan using the Company Commercial Focus process and all available business tools.
- Deliver the budgeted revenues across all revenue Segments , route to market, channel shift and marketing / Ecommerce opportunities.
- Work with the CEO, Finance and Operations Manager to ensure profits are maximized in line with the targets set.
- Support various Sales Marketing teams and Export in coordinating Company level marketing and sales activities.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager to establish forecasts, develop strategies for different demand periods. Review and approve Export and group pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, owners and different teams to ensure commercial benefits of the company.
- Consistently conforms to Company standards and corporate identity and utilizes all communication tools.
- Keeps in touch with Market trends and review/amend strategies accordingly in line with the evolving market conditions.
- · A Chief Commercial Officer will lead, coach, develop and retain future talents.

- · Follow all targets & budget allocations with CFO
Job Requirements

- A Chief Commercial Officer is always working on behalf of our Clients and working with other Team Members to achieve the group’s commercial goals.
- Work Experience not less than 15 years with at least Minimum of 3-5 years of FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Chemical industry experience in a revenue generating or commercial services role based on B to B
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience presenting sales plans, Export Plans and presentations.
- · 5+ years working with departmental financial data to make strategic/tactical decisions
- At least 15 years of experience managing a sales, Marketing and Export or commercial team
- Fluent in English ( French, Spanish or German are plus )
- Flexibility to adapt to varying and changing demands.
- Good negotiating skills, problem solver, and active listener.
- Strong and proven analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent team player.
- ERP or SAP Experience is a plus.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
1. working in a Packaging or Plastic industry environment.
2. Experience in multiple disciplines with knowledge of Marketing, E-commerce, and Supply chain.
