Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote and Onsite (Hybrid) - Preferred candidates from Nasr City or nearby locations, or those who can easily commute
Experience Level:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, including 2 years in sales management, or sales team lead with a focus on mechatronics-related products, industrial automation, weighing equipment, POS, lifting equipment, and other related industrial equipment and tools.
- Proven experience managing a team of sales professionals.
- Engineering degree (preferably in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering).

We are a UAE-based company in Dubai, seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team.
In this role, the Inside Sales Manager will oversee the inbound sales team, ensuring smooth operations and successful conversion of leads into sales. This position requires strong leadership skills, a technical understanding of mechatronics, industrial automation, and related products, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the inbound sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions and achieve revenue goals.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and ensure prompt and effective follow-up to convert leads into sales.
- Monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure product information is effectively communicated and available to clients.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and report on team performance.
- Handle quotes, product specifications, and price negotiations with clients.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Foster a team environment focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to manage complex sales cycles and deliver excellent customer service.
Work Environment:
- Collaborate in both remote and onsite settings, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
- Use leading remote platforms and communication tools to maintain efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering) or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in sales, including 2+ years in sales management or team lead, with a focus on mechatronics-related products, industrial automation, weighing equipment, POS, lifting equipment, and other related industrial equipment and tools.
- Strong technical understanding of mechatronics, industrial automation, and weighing systems and equipment.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales leads, inquiries, and teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to track leads, sales performance, and customer interactions.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and support) to deliver solutions.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A proactive and result-driven approach to sales management.
- Ability to understand technical product details and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Fluent in English (a must).
- Able to handle or support R&D
- Able to manage product line development.
