- Greets and answers the telephone for many purposes.
- Greets individuals entering the center and directs them to appropriate personnel and or location.
- Distributes items within the center.
- Receive and sorts daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintains and updates employee and center information.
- Maintains reception area materials for the purpose of providing resource information to visitors.
- Maintains and updates the Welcome Board weekly or as needed in order to keep announcements current.
- Performs general secretarial and clerical functions.
- Processes a variety of records.
