Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks who will be the first point of contact for the company.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Handling office correspondence and maintaining its supplies.
- Scheduling meetings for employees.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing various other clerical tasks, including transcribing and filing.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office kit.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
