Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks who will be the first point of contact for the company.

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Handling office correspondence and maintaining its supplies.
  • Scheduling meetings for employees.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing various other clerical tasks, including transcribing and filing.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree is a must.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office kit.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
