About Us
Prime Property Auctions is the first licensed real estate auction company in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. We operate a secure and transparent digital-first auction platform (powered by Ultimate Auction Pro on WordPress) and are expanding our team with a remote full-time coordinator based in Egypt to lead our digital marketing and online operations.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & PR
- Plan, execute, and manage online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics).
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including answering inquiries from potential buyers/sellers.
- Design and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
- Prepare and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and digital brochures.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
Website & Listings
- Manage property listings on the company’s WordPress platform.
- Upload and maintain listings on UAE property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Keep property descriptions, photos, and prices updated.
- Monitor and handle online inquiries, forwarding qualified leads to management.
Creative Design
- Create digital marketing materials (property brochures, ads, social media visuals).
- Use Canva for day-to-day design tasks; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.
- Ensure brand identity and consistency across all platforms.
Administrative Support
- Assist management with correspondence, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate remotely with UAE team on marketing and operational tasks.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Based in Egypt with reliable internet and able to work UAE business hours.
- Full-time availability (40+ hours per week).
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, property listings, or online content management.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
- Experience with WordPress CMS (Ultimate Auction Pro or similar plugins preferred).
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO basics.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office + Google Workspace).
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills .
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
