Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies, brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives and execute plans and report on campaign results.

Responsibilities:

  • Research markets and studies the company’s brand
  • Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, communication, and other teams
  • Prepare analysis for industry, competition and market trends for right branding purpose
  • Prepare reports on brand performance, competitors understanding, and sales interaction figures
  • Maintain ongoing marketing and consumer research.
  • Deal with the agencies on all 360 communication

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field university degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in brand management. Preferable within an FMCG industry
  • High active learning & learning skills
  • Good knowledge of design techniques & tools
  • High Social perceptiveness skills
  • Communicate effectively in different ways on different levels
  • Fluency of ideas
