Job Description

  • Make The administrative position of the company's employees.
  • Preparing Production incentive statements.
  • Collecting effects on Microsoft Excel and recording them on the company's payroll program.
  • Pay slip processing and distribution to departments.
  • Participating in preparing accounts for employee transfer and car wages that transport workers.
  • Monthly dues (Mubarak Cole - monthly transfers - the doctor, the gynecologist, the hygiene supervisor, etc.).
  • Accounts of employment offices.
  • Reviewing the immediate disbursement statements for the night and Friday allowances.
  • Participation in the committee for reviewing the supplies of workers' safety dues (salaries and adjustments that were not paid to their employers).
  • Recording job adjustments as well as salaries or transfers from departments of the company on the wages program.
  • Participate in preparing Monthly Meeting by supplying data related to wages, costs, salaries and others within the scope of my job duties.
  • Participating in the annual inventory of the company's treasury at the end of each year.

Job Requirements

  • Males Only.
  • Manufacturing Background is must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Very good Computer skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in using ERP system is a must.
  • Team management skills.
  • October or Giza Residence is preferred.
