Job Description
- Lead the deployment and configuration of Aruba networking solutions, including wireless access points, switches, controllers, and network management systems.
- Provide post-sales technical support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
- Work closely with clients to ensure Aruba solutions are implemented according to best practices and tailored to meet specific business needs.
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for customers and partners to enhance their understanding and use of Aruba technologies.
- Collaborate with project managers, pre-sales engineers, and other technical teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to deployment.
- Perform network assessments, health checks, and ongoing optimization to ensure peak performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including deployment guides, configuration notes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with Aruba support and R&D teams as needed.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and provide input to the sales and product teams.
- Stay updated on new Aruba products, features, and industry trends to enhance your technical knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
- Proven business writing skills
- 8+years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on post-sales implementation and support.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba technologies including ClearPass, AirWave, Mobility Controllers, and Aruba Central.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and wireless networking.
- Relevant certifications such as Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), Aruba Certified Design Professional (ACDP), or equivalent.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and deliver high-quality support.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
- Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred
- Experience with other network vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet.
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
