Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.

- Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
