Job Description
- Responsible for submitting the converted POs to the suppliers.
- Follow up with the Local & foreign suppliers on the opened orders to be delivered on the right time with the right quantity.
- Manage to resolve any issues related to the deliveries whether with the warehouse or the procurement.
- Align the MRP team with any potential risk on the deliveries working out to close the GAP with the supplier involving the procurement team.
- Submit Supplier evaluation KPI on Monthly basis.
- Cover Below Min list which shows the supply shortage of the short term plans as communicated from the MRP planner, and work on the above max list to minimize the overstocking cases.
- Send the projected receiving file to the WH team to manage the storage accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
- Prior Work Experience: 1-3 years’ experience.
- Excellent in MS office especially advanced Excel.
- Outstanding analytical and mathematical, problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication skills.
