Job Description:
- Rotational Shift basis 8 hours including a 1-hour break (Rotation Shifts from 10 AM to 10 PM)
- 1 day off per week (Rotational)
- Accepted candidates will attend an induction (training before login)
Duties and Responsibility :
- Answering incoming calls on time.
- Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
- Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Upsell products and services
- Complete call logs and reports
