Job Description
Job Purpose:
To support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high customer satisfaction, smooth workflow, staff supervision, and achievement of sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations (tailoring and/or shoe services).
- Supervise staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints or special requests.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Follow up on tailoring and repair orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure branch cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
- Help prepare daily/weekly reports and support in reaching sales targets.
- Act as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a retail or service-based role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
