Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high customer satisfaction, smooth workflow, staff supervision, and achievement of sales and service goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations (tailoring and/or shoe services).
  • Supervise staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints or special requests.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Follow up on tailoring and repair orders to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Ensure branch cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
  • Help prepare daily/weekly reports and support in reaching sales targets.
  • Act as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a retail or service-based role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
