Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our Power Quality Devices, UPS systems, inverters, and Related Systems This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role critical to ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS systems, inverters, and related equipment.
· Provide preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues in field-installed systems.
· Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
· Train customers and site personnel on system operations and safety protocols.
· Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex service issues.
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- · 2–4 years of hands-on experience with power quality devices.UPS systems, inverters, and related systems
- · Good understanding of electrical wiring, power backup systems, and battery banks.
- · Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- · Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- · Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- · Valid driving license is a plus.
- .Own Car is a plus .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with major brands in power quality and backup power solutions.
- Customer satisfaction focus, Presentable , Good communications skills and aplite to learn
