Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager – to lead the go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and lifecycle management of our power quality solutions, UPS systems, inverters, and related systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product development and sales execution, ensuring market alignment and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the R&D team to develop product specifications and solutions to meet customer’s needs.

· Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and market plans to drive sales growth.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical pitches, presentations, and customer solutions.

· Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy and sales priorities.

· provide training and support to the sales force and channel partners.

· Work with engineering and production teams on customer feedback and feature enhancements.

· Monitor product performance metrics and report regularly on KPIs and targets.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

· 3–5+ years of experience in product management or technical sales in the power electronics sector.

· Strong knowledge of Power quality equipment, UPS systems, inverters, and other related products.

·Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to convert technical features into business value.

· Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and team coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with major brands in power quality and backup power solutions.
  • Experience with technical and presales.
