- Seamless Onboarding: Design and execute smooth onboarding processes to welcome new team members effectively.
- Driving Development: Coordinate and document learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Insightful Reporting: Prepare and review probation reports to ensure the successful integration of new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable insights and foster a continuous improvement in culture.
Boosting Experience: Elevate the overall employee experience by championing innovative engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5–7 years in a Talent Development role, preferably within the construction sector.
- Knowledge: In-depth expertise in job descriptions, competencies, training, onboarding, probation reports, and exit interviews.
- Skills: Strong coordination, documentation, and communication abilities.
