Job Description
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial and workshop equipment sector.
Present and promote welding machines, cutting tools, and workshop machinery to customers, ensuring technical specifications are clearly explained.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers when needed.
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions that meet their requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless after-sales service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on payments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales of welding machines, workshop equipment, or industrial machinery (mandatory).
Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, cutting tools, and workshop machinery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
