Job Description

  • Support the company in all administrative functions Screen and manage communications into and out of department
  • Schedule appointment, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas take and circulate minutes and ensures follow ups are conducted Maintain filing system in line with office policy
  • Ensure effective and efficient handling of all secretarial and administrative activities and responsibilities of the department
  • Should be able to multi task and priorities with precise accuracy and details
  • Act as a bridge between the Manager and internal/external customers, the senior administrative assistant, acts as filter and coordinator who should be able to judge/ manage information flow of the relevant department Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary, Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office general administration budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide general support to visitors Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

Job Requirements
