Senior Property Consultant

Job Description:

- Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads.
- Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline, and building powerful relationships with them.
- Keeping up-to-date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Develop networks and cooperate with developers.

Qualifications:

- Strong sales and real estate experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate.
- Proven track of successful sales record if experienced.
- Excellent awareness of the Market.
- Presentable with very good communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
