Job Description
- Actively promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties.
- Identify client needs and provide professional property consultancy services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close sales deals.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property laws, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within set deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
