Job Description

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market, focusing on both residential and commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting unique selling points and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and documented.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, legal, and finance to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and reports to management and clients.
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and open houses to expand the company’s client base and brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details using CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing roles.
  • Willingness to work from the office and attend off-site meetings as required.
