RUSHBRUSH INC. is looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Key Account Manager for the Modern Trade sector as part of the company's ongoing growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets, objectives, and KPIs
Duties:
- Achieve set sales targets and goals.
- Achieve set KPIs (Sales TRG, Number of retained customers, Coverage, Collection).
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Build strong and ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Create and deliver strategic presentations to win new business and retain existing accounts.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Responsible for ensuring the correct visibility and display of products in all accounts as per the company’s standards and according to the agreed visibility guideline.
- Comply with all company procedures and policies in a respectful manner.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in the Modern Trade sector, particularly with Carrefour, is required.
- Good English level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
