Job Description

 

Account Manager/Finance Manager

  • 20 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years working in real estate companies is a must 
  • Strong communicator.
  • Excellent communicators, strategic thinkers, and problem-solvers.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
  • A relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
