Job Description
Account Manager/Finance Manager
- 20 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years working in real estate companies is a must
- Strong communicator.
- Excellent communicators, strategic thinkers, and problem-solvers.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- A relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
