  • Oversee the management of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, currency conversions, expense management, and financial closing processes.
  • Direct client accounting functions, including contract review from an accounting perspective, invoice generation, management of client guarantees, and account reconciliation.
  • Manage all aspects of subcontractors accounting, including contract oversight, invoice processing, tax compliance, guarantee management, account reconciliation, and accruals.
  • Oversee suppliers accounting functions, including invoice processing, management of service provider contracts, tax compliance, GR/IR account management, handling supplier guarantees, reconciliation, and accrual requests.

  • Ensure effective coordination between warehouse operations and accounting, overseeing the financial aspects of inventory management, material coding, transaction tracking, subcontractor withdrawals, and scrapping processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and statutory requirements (including IFRS and local Egyptian regulations).
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adequate succession planning.
