Job Description
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, networking equipment, network operating systems , and camera systems .
- Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc .
- Provides support for WAN and LAN network connectivity or related network issues for the user community.
- Resolve problems reported by end-user .
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 3 years' Experience as an IT specialist .
- Strong technical understanding of hardware and software .
- Ability to improve processes and automate them .
- Documentation and reporting skills .
- Multiple tasking .
- Excellent IT, communication and management skills .
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles .
- Basic knowledge of CCNA, MCSA .
