Broker Sales Support Agent

Respond to broker and brokerage inquiries via WhatsApp and official channels within SLA time frames (maximum 5 minutes).

Provide brokers with updated pricing, unit availability, payment plans, and marketing materials upon request.

Coordinate between brokers and the Indirect Sales team regarding client meetings, site visits, and deal progression.

Monitor and update CRM records for all broker interactions and requests.

Share launch messages, promotional content, and announcements in brokerage groups.

Escalate complex queries or issues to the department supervisor.

Assist in maintaining the inventory file and price list accuracy.

Ensure all shared materials are consistent with company branding and guidelines.

Proactively follow up with brokers to ensure continued engagement.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Brokerage Relations Supervisor.
