Job Description
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the company’s business plan.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients (major companies, retail chains, hotels, restaurants, distributors).
• Negotiate contracts, prepare competitive price offers, and ensure profitable terms.
• Follow up on the entire sales process from agreement to delivery and payment collection, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market research to identify price trends, competitor movements, and new opportunities.
• Propose marketing initiatives to increase market penetration and drive sales growth.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, analyze performance, and submit them to management on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales of legumes and food products (B2B experience is a must).
• Strong knowledge of the local food market, suppliers, and distributors in Egypt.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Valid driving license and flexibility to travel within and outside the governorates are preferred.
