Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the dental sector.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, Dental lab.,and distributors.
- Present and demonstrate dental products and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored sales materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional connections.
- Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the dental or medical devices field.
- Own a car is must.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of dental products, procedures, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and high level of initiative.
