Job Description

  • Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure their security.
  • Coordinate communication between executives, clients, and internal departments.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in preparing agendas and materials for executive meetings.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  • Residency in Abnoub, Assiut is preferred or required.
