As a Lead Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our acquisitions pipeline and collaborating with our acquisitions team. Your daily tasks will involve engaging with leads in our CRM, both new and existing, to foster relationships, maintain communication, and coordinate appointments for our acquisitions team to close more deals. Sales experience, especially in real estate, is preferred for this role.

Your responsibilities extend to monitoring both on and off-market acquisition opportunities. This entails daily review and analysis of active and off-market listings on various platforms such as MLS, Zillow, and more. Importantly, you'll be involved in organizing the CRM and diligently following up with potential sellers, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process to create meaningful relationships.
