Job Description

1、按照规范的操作流程,及时准确地完成阿语文字、音频等形式内容的审核;
2、对中东用户违规内容、异常问题进行搜集、整理、汇总;
3、收集用户问题,并与客服团队形成良好协作,不断提升游戏社交环境;
4、在线受理用户日常咨询、游戏中遇到的问题,确保对玩家问题回应及时准确,保证玩家满意度;
5、搜集、汇总和反馈用户问题及建议;
6、与运营、产品协同维护用户关系;

Job Requirements

1、中文可以作为工作语言进行交流;

2、具备优秀的沟通表达能力;

3、热爱游戏行业、有较强的用户服务意识及快速的处理问题的能力;

4、具有责任心和团队意识,心态开放,能服从工作安排
