Job Description
● We are looking for a Branch Manager with a leadership personality and a successful track record in managing branches and teams. He/she will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing all day-to-day operations of the branches with a focus on improving performance and developing the work environment. Work is based out of the main administrative office only
● Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
● Achieve targets and metrics
● Bring out the best in branch staff by providing training, mentoring, development and motivation
● Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions that address challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities
● Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
● Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
● Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all applicable regulations/laws
● Communicate to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and the company
● Keep abreast of competing markets and report on market movements and penetration
Job Requirements
- Follow up and evaluate the daily operations of the branches to ensure smooth implementation and achievement of objectives.
- Supervise the improvement and development of the performance of branch employees through continuous evaluation and motivation.
- Organize and distribute tasks effectively to ensure work balance and achievement of objectives.
- Ensure that branches adhere to organizational policies and standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on the performance of the branches and submit proposals for improving operations to senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams to ensure optimal performance in all branches.
BS in Business Administration or related field
