Job Description

  • Event coordination and management
  • Good knowledge of formal protocols and meetings
  • Coordination of business trips, hotels, and meeting rooms
  • Adapting to the nature of flexible work according to the variables of business trips
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Executive Administrative Assistant

  • In-depth understanding of office management and day-to-day operations
    Practical experience with MS Office

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, computers, and modern communication systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Additional BA qualification will be as a personal assistant or secretary
  • Meeting management

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
