Job Description
- Event coordination and management
- Good knowledge of formal protocols and meetings
- Coordination of business trips, hotels, and meeting rooms
- Adapting to the nature of flexible work according to the variables of business trips
- Proven work experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Executive Administrative Assistant
In-depth understanding of office management and day-to-day operations
Practical experience with MS Office
Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, computers, and modern communication systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Additional BA qualification will be as a personal assistant or secretary- Meeting management
