Job Description

1. Parents’ Relations Management 
1.1. Handle all parents’ requests as per the school policy.
1.2. Receive and investigate parents’ complaints.
1.3. Coordinate with the school staff to address the complaints and follow up to resolve.
1.4. Direct parents’ messages to intended recipients.
1.5. Communicate with parents to close any open issues.
1.6. Send to parents any concerns or issues about their children.
1.7. Channel any announcements to parents.
1.8. Hold staff accountable against relevant targets.
1.9. Produce regular reports about the complaints and parents’ concerns.
1.10. Ensure all paper work, reports and data are updated and saved.
1.11. Liaise with staff to organize new families’ orientation.
1.12. Liaise with staff to engage new families in school activities to feel welcome at Sama Collage.
1.13. Undertake regular surveys of parent views on subjects of relevance.
1.14. Ensure team members are carrying out their roles and responsibilities in relation to all school 
policies.
2. Public Relations Management
2.1. Orchestrate between the team members; photographer, designer & event’s coordinator to 
promote for the school events.
2.2. Promote the school by identifying newsworthy stories for the media on a regular basis.
2.3. Ensure that the school achievements including; academic, sport, arts etc. are communicated in a 
timely manner.
2.4. Ensure the school photographer provides stories and photographic material that promote the 
school achievements.
2.5. Ensure the school designer provides designs to the materials needed for the school 
announcements & promotion.
2.6. Liaise with external printers or production teams.
2.7. Establish any partnership with external partners to promote for the school.
2.8. Assist with the implementation of the school marketing strategy in line with Admission plans.
2.9. Collaboratively with the Principals oversee the school internal events.
2.10. Ensure the school events are scheduled in the school calendar. 
2.11. Ensure events are being filmed and pictured when needed.

Job Requirements

  •  Qualifications& Experience 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field with at least 3 years in a PR role.
     Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a PR manager.
  •  A comprehensive understanding of Public relations, customer service and organization
    management.
  •  Hands-on experience with MS Office and office management tools.
  •  Strong understanding of laws and regulations affecting educational institution and the business domain.  
  • Preferably Women .

    - Outstanding planning, follow up, record keeping and organizing skills.
    - Effective Communication & problem solving skills.
    - Exceptional eye for details to monitor and report.
     - Good command of spoken and written English
     - Leadership skills to guide and motivate staff members.
