Job Description

We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for order follow-up on our website and responding to customer inquiries on our Facebook page.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on customer orders through the website.
  • Respond to customer messages and comments on the Facebook page.
  • Provide quick support and resolve basic customer issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Sales – Shipping) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Working Hours: 9am to 5pm

Friday off 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred).
  • Proficient in using computers and social media.
  • Fast response time and good organizational skills.
  • Polite, patient, and professional communication style.
