We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for order follow-up on our website and responding to customer inquiries on our Facebook page.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on customer orders through the website.
- Respond to customer messages and comments on the Facebook page.
- Provide quick support and resolve basic customer issues.
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales – Shipping) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm
