Job Description
- Onboard new customers and partners (e.g., cafés, retailers, distributors) by introducing them to Cookievore’s products, storage guidelines, and sales support tools.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and quick problem resolution.
- Proactively check in with clients to track satisfaction, resolve challenges, and support repeat orders
- Collect feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and service quality to improve the overall Cookievore experience.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver excellent customer care and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates on CRM systems.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
- FMCG Experience is a must
